I haven't made a Dresden plate in a long time, but I love them. I also love the idea of using the circles in your plum fabric as the centers.

Funny too that just as I clicked to read your giveaway my son and fiancee came into my sewing room to give me a present to cheer me up because I've had tremendous pain since last Thrs and can barely walk. It was a really cool purple coffee mug.
